A timeless round-toe penny loafer featuring its characteristic hand-stitched apron. Meticulously crafted in deep black boxcalf leather, this model is renowned for its refined lustre and exceptionally smooth finish.
The upper and apron are entirely hand-stitched without the use of adhesives, following a traditional artisanal process that highlights the authenticity and craftsmanship of each individual pair.
Fully lined in supple calf leather and fitted with a vegetable-tanned leather insole, the Maison provides excellent breathability and exceptional all-day comfort. It is finished with a sleek sole that strikes the perfect balance between formal elegance and everyday practicality.
Handcrafted using the traditional Goodyear Welted technique at our factory in Inca, Mallorca, through more than 150 individual operations. A layer of natural cork is incorporated beneath the insole, which progressively moulds to the anatomy of the foot over time.
The result is an iconic, durable dress shoe that guarantees a unique, personalised fit for every wearer.
- Brush the shoe to remove any dust or dirt.
- Apply a small amount of Pâte De Luxe with a cotton chamois cloth or the Spreading Brush to reach the welt seams and enable nourishment and protection of this delicate area.
- Massage gently to allow Pâte De Luxe to nourish and provide maximum protection to the leather.
- Apply one or two coats of Pâte De Luxe to the entire shoe.
Leave to dry for five minutes between coats. - Gently polish the leather with a bristle brush or a wool glove.
- For a high-gloss finish, apply additional coats to the toe and heel. Avoid over-application to the vamp of the shoe because excessive movement can crack the wax coating.

The Style
LOAFERS
One of the defining characteristics of loafers is the absence of laces or buckles, creating a clean and streamlined look. However, some loafers may feature decorative elements such as tassels or metal detailing.
Loafers are a versatile shoe style that can be worn with a range of casual and semi-formal attire, including jeans, chinos, and dress pants. They are a comfortable and practical choice for everyday wear, and their slip-on design makes them easy to put on and take off.
In recent years, loafers have become popular in more formal settings, with dressier versions made from high-quality leather and featuring a sleeker silhouette. These dress loafers can be worn with a suit or dress pants, adding a touch of sophistication to any outfit.
The Sole
Leather sole
Leather soles provide excellent traction on smooth surfaces, and their natural materials allow for proper airflow to keep your feet cool and dry. However, leather soles are not suitable for wet or slippery surfaces, as they can become slick and lose traction.
They also require regular maintenance to keep them in good condition, including cleaning, conditioning, and polishing. Overall, leather soles are an excellent choice for those looking for a sophisticated and traditional shoe option.
