Yes, TLB Mallorca offers size exchanges. They provide free size exchange in most countries covering collection and shipping costs for ONE size change only. Second size changes cost €60 (Europe) or €80 (outside Europe).

Personalized or Made To Order orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances since the products are specially manufactured following the instructions of the orders placed by the customers. Please note that shoes that include a metal toe cap cannot be exchanged or returned either.

Our goal is that each client will be completely satisfied. If for any reason upon receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with it and do not wish to make a change, you have 10 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return.

The refund will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive the return at our warehouse. For orders canceled before shipment, the refund will be issued within 3 business days from the cancellation date. Refund will be visa same payment method.

TLB Mallorca covers the costs for the first size exchange in most countries. For belt size changes, customers must handle and pay for the return process since we understand that there should be no doubt in relation to the belt size. Any additional exchange costs will be borne by the customer.

If you placed your order within the European Union, you will receive a full refund. However, if the order was shipped outside the European Union, we can not refund customs duties and taxes. We suggest contacting your local customs office, which could help you receiver those costs.

You can place an order through the TLB Mallorca online Store at www.tlbmallorca.com. Simply browse the collections, select your desired products and sizes, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you’ll need to provide your shipping information and contact details (including a phone number for delivery purposes).

You don’t need to open an account to place an order with TLB Mallorca. You can simply checkout as a guest.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, you cannot add products to it. If you need additional items, you will need to place a separate order. Keep in mind that orders can begin manufacturing the same day they are placed, so modifications are not possible once the order is confirmed.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped and as long as it's not a custom order. Made to order or personalized items cannot be canceled or returned. Note that orders can begin manufacturing the same day they're placed.

REIMBURSEMENT

Reimbursement of the amounts received by customers shall be made using the same payment method employed by customers, provided that no arrangement to the contrary has been made. 

FACTORIA TLB SAU may withhold reimbursement until the product subject to withdrawal has been received, or until the customer provides proof of return thereof, depending on which requirement is met first.

RETURN OF FAULTY PRODUCTS

If the product is not in good condition for reasons not attributable to the customers, they are entitled to return the product, informing FACTORIA TLB SAU of the reasons for said return by any of the channels stipulated in these terms and conditions of contract, and at no cost to customers. Returns of items that are faulty or in poor condition shall not be considered a right of withdrawal.

FACTORIA TLB SAU shall pay the costs of the return and shall replace the product with a new one, in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted at the time of sale.
