The Castaña version of our 2034 Sacchetto loafers offers a deep, earthy tone that exudes refined charm. Created with Deco Soft leather, the surface is carefully decolorized and then hand-finished with a rich chestnut patina that brings out natural textures and grain patterns. The result is a leather that is elegant, soft, and alive with nuance — evolving over time into something truly personal.
Built using the traditional Sacchetto technique, the 2034 model provides unmatched flexibility and comfort. The interior is fully lined in smooth calf leather, and the 111 light rubber sole in brown ensures quiet cushioning with each step. A cushioned footbed enhances the fit even further. This Castaña version is ideal for those who value heritage materials and artisanal finishes in a truly wearable everyday loafer.
- Brush the shoe to remove any dust or dirt.
- Apply a small amount of Pâte De Luxe with a cotton chamois cloth or the Spreading Brush to reach the welt seams and enable nourishment and protection of this delicate area.
- Massage gently to allow Pâte De Luxe to nourish and provide maximum protection to the leather.
- Apply one or two coats of Pâte De Luxe to the entire shoe.
Leave to dry for five minutes between coats. - Gently polish the leather with a bristle brush or a wool glove.
- For a high-gloss finish, apply additional coats to the toe and heel. Avoid over-application to the vamp of the shoe because excessive movement can crack the wax coating.
