Shipping, changes & Returns


SHIPPING

TLB Mallorca offers different delivery services for customers of our online store in order to give the best service. TLB Mallorca make these shipments following the regulations that each of the countries of delivery requires in the purchase and sale of our products.


National Shipments

TLB Mallorca offers free national shipping for any order over 160 euros. Shipments are made through UPS or NACEX agencies, offering the possibility of Express Delivery.

For orders below the mentioned amount, the shipping cost will be indicated at the end of the purchase process.

To avoid incidents or delays in the delivery process of your order, it is essential to fill in the telephone number contact that will be provided to the transport company.

We won’t make deliveries to post office boxes.


International Shipments

TLB Mallorca offers free international shipping for any order over 160 euros.

For orders below the mentioned amount, the shipping cost will be indicated at the end of the purchase process.

Shipments are made through UPS or NACEX agencies.

Deliveries will be made to any address that belongs to one of the countries listed in our e-shop. You can check the list here.

To avoid incidents or delays in the delivery process of your order, it is essential to fill in the telephone number contact that will be provided to the transport company.

We won’t make deliveries to post office boxes.


Which is the deadline?

Ready to Wear delivery deadline.

In national and international shipments, the estimated delivery timing is between 3 and 10 working days through UPS / DHL.

Shipments made by Postal Mail may take between 10 and 40 working days, depending on the final destination.

The delivery deadlines are approximate and based on the services of our logistics operators. Remote areas and holidays can mean that the delivery timing will increase over the aforementioned deadlines.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday, except holidays.


Make to Order delivery deadline.

In national and international shipments, the estimated delivery timing is between 7 and 30 working days through UPS / DHL.

Shipments made by Postal Mail may take between 10 and 60 working days, depending on the final destination.

The delivery deadlines are approximate and based on the services of our logistics operators. Remote areas and holidays can mean that the delivery timing will increase over the aforementioned deadlines.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday, except holidays.


How can I track my orders?

When your order is delivered to the transport agency, you will receive an informative email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your package and check the status of your shipment.


CHANGE, RETURN AND CANCELLATION

SIZE CHANGES

European Union countries.

In case you need a change of size, TLB Mallorca will take care of the picking-up costs. TLB Mallorca only will assume the costs for a single change of size.

If the client could require a second change of size, the cost for picking-up the item will be 60 euros.

You must keep in mind that the items purchased at www.tlbmallorca.com can be changed as long as they are in perfect conditions and have not been used before or have suffered any damage. For this reason, we recommend that you try your shoes on a carpet or surface that does not damage or scratch the sole.

We also recommend not bending the foot so that the skin does not suffer any wrinkles that impede its return. Customized items or items that have been modified at the customer's request will NOT be subject to any change or refund.

In addition, the request for change of size may not exceed the period of 10 calendar days from receipt of the product.

To proceed with the product change, follow the following steps:

- Send an email to eshop@tlbmallorca.com requesting the change and including the pertinent information.

- Wait for our response with the authorization for the change and the instructions to carry it out.

- Repackage the product with the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Include all the accessories and the original documentation along with the request form that you can download here.

- Stick in a visible area the label of the transport company that we will provide you.

- The customer must deliver the package at an Access Point of the transport company that will be indicated.


How can I cancel my order if I finally do not want to receive it?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been sent. You must keep in mind that your order can be sent the same day or the first working day after you place your order.

To make the cancellation, please contact our customer service through the e-mail eshop@tlbmallorca.com.

If the order has already left our stores, you can not cancel it, but you can make the return once you received it.



Countries outside the European Union.

* Shipments to CHINA or RUSSIA: Returns from CHINA or RUSSIA must be made by postal mail and the costs and management of the shipment shall be in the charge of the customer.

How can I return an item?

Our goal is that each client will be completely satisfied. If for any reason upon receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with it and do not wish to make a change, you have 10 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return.

Note:

- Customized products or those that have been modified in any way at the client's request will not be able to be returned.


Cost of the return

Return of imperfect product or that does not correspond with the purchase:

If the reason for the return responds to an imperfection of the item or an erroneous item that has been sent, TLB Mallorca will assume the costs arising from the collection and will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer if requested.

Procedure for a refund by TLB Mallorca for imperfection of a product:

- You must contact us at the email eshop@tlbmallorca.com indicating the details of the order to return and images of the product and the damage that is the cause of the return.

- We will contact you as soon as possible to give you the corresponding instructions to make the return and provide the necessary documentation to carry it out.

- TLB Mallorca will not accept any return that has not been previously authorized.


Refund at the customer's request:

On the other hand, if the customer requests a return for reasons unrelated to the brand, the customer must take charge of the management and costs arising from the return.

Procedure for a refund at the customer's expense:

- Contact us at eshop@tlbmallorca.com and indicate the details of the order you wish to return and the reasons.

- We will contact you to give you the authorization for the return.

- After being authorized, reinsert the product in the original packaging and in the same state in which it was delivered. Include all the accessories and the original documentation along with the application form that you can download here.

For shipments outside the European Union we recommend indicating, both on the outside of the package and on the invoice that you must put inside the box, that it is a "Return of product". In this way you will avoid paying customs charges again.

- In this case the client must manage the shipment by their own means and bear the expenses of the shipment.

- The customer must proceed to return the product within a period of 10 calendar days from the date of the approval of return by TLB Mallorca.

- Once the refund has been received, TLB Mallorca will assess the status of the product received and will proceed to refund the amount paid by the client, provided that TLB Mallorca considers that the status of the returned product is correct.

Note:

- TLB Mallorca will not accept any return that has not been previously authorized.

- TLB Mallorca will not be responsible for any Customs expenses that the refund may generate.

- TLB Mallorca will NOT accept shipments postage due.


How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the transaction amount by the same payment method for which you made the purchase.
